The race that kicks off the city's birthday

• Date: Sunday, April 4, 2027.
• Start and finish: Pedra Branca neighborhood, Unisul campus parking lot, Palhoça/SC.
• Events: 21K, 10K and 5K races, a 3K walk and the Kids Run.
• Registration: online only, through Ticket Sports, until March 20, 2027 or until spots run out.
• Starts are on time. Arrive at least 30 minutes early.
• The organizers may change parts of the course, the date or the schedule in cases of force majeure, bad weather or requirements from local authorities, to ensure participants' safety.
• By registering, athletes authorize, at no cost, the use of their image, voice and event photos in promotion by ACORSJ and the sponsors.
• The event has full facilities for supporters.

Anyone arriving after the official start has up to 5 minutes of tolerance to begin the race. After that, the athlete is disqualified.

• Friday, 04/02/2027: time to be defined.
• Saturday, 04/03/2027: time to be defined.
• Location: to be defined, announced in advance on the website and the race's social media.
• Kits will not be handed out on race day or mailed afterwards. Anyone who does not pick up their kit forfeits it.

Documents: official photo ID (physical or original digital) and proof of payment or registration confirmation.

Pick-up by someone else: official photo ID of the registered athlete (original or copy) and the signed pick-up authorization form. The template is in Annex I of the race rules.

• 3K walk and 5K race: 14 years old.
• 10K and 21K races: 18 years old.
• Age is the age reached by December 31 of the race year. Athletes aged 18 and 19 may not run distances above 21.1 km.
• Kids Run: 50 to 200 meters, by age group (see the Kids section). For children up to 9 years old there is no ranking or podium: the race is for fun.

Athletes aged 14 to 17 must hand in, at kit pick-up, the authorization signed by their legal guardian and a copy of the guardian's ID.

Every duly registered athlete who crosses the finish line receives a finisher medal (after the race).

21K individual, overall men and women:

• 1st place: R$ 1,000.00 + trophy
• 2nd place: R$ 700.00 + trophy
• 3rd place: R$ 500.00 + trophy
• 4th place: R$ 300.00 + trophy
• 5th place: R$ 200.00 + trophy

5K, 10K and 21K: trophies for 1st to 5th in the overall ranking and for the top 3 in each age group.

• 5K age groups: 16 to 24 years, 25 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79 and over 80.
• 10K age groups: 18 to 29 years, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 74, 75 to 79 and over 80.
• 21K age groups: 18 to 29 years, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79 and over 80.

The 21K overall winners do not compete in the age groups.

• Electronic chip timing. The bib must be visible on the front of the uniform, without marks or folds.
• The overall ranking is set by gun time; the age-group ranking, by net time.
• The race follows the rules of World Athletics, the CBAt (Brazilian Athletics Confederation) and the Santa Catarina Athletics Federation.
• Under CBAt rule 07, the competitive athlete competes for podiums, overall ranking, age groups and cash prizes. The participatory athlete, who runs for leisure, health or recreation, is not eligible for official podiums or prizes.
• Athletes in the competitive field may not use cell phones, headphones or radio communicators. GPS watches and wrist heart-rate monitors are allowed.
• Appeals: in writing, within 30 minutes after the result is published, with a R$ 100.00 fee, refunded if the appeal is upheld.

• Athletes aged 60 or over: 50% off the no-kit entry of the current batch (Brazilian Statute of the Elderly). Original ID is required at kit pick-up.
• People with disabilities: entry with the Basic Kit. If a guide is needed, the guide's entry is free. Requests are made by email, with a medical report, to [email protected].
• Groups and running teams: special conditions are available on the Ticket Sports registration page.

• Transfer of entry: in person, at kit pick-up, with a R$ 30.00 fee, an authorization form signed by the registered athlete and a copy of the official ID.
• Change of category or distance: free of charge until 03/20/2027. After that, a R$ 30.00 fee plus the price difference, subject to availability.
• Refunds: up to 7 days after the online purchase (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code). After that period there are no refunds.

The event has 2 ambulances and medical and nursing teams along the course and at the finish arena.

Emergency care and follow-up take place in the public health system. Anyone who chooses private care covers the transport and treatment costs.
